“The hygienist Anju was fantastic. She was gentle and thorough. The dentist was also very nice. The office is new and updated . I did not appreciate that they speak their language to each other in front of you and it was not English. It is also odd that they ask for your drivers license number and OHIP number on the new patient paperwork which I did not provide. What do you need it for? Also, it’s customary for you to receive a toothbrush, toothpaste and floss at the end of the cleaning. They did not initially provide it. I had to ask if they do and the receptionist provided it.”

He explained clearly step by step the procedure. I overheard also the patient talking to the receptionist and was saying excellent comment to the whole team. I highly recommend this clinic”

“It was false advertising as I was expecting $150, and then being told later that I had to get more stuff done in order to get the full 150, as now I have a balance owing plus being out of gas now and basically the whole $100 will go toward the gas situation! But the responses were pretty good and”

“What a great experience this was Ali and Alma are un unstoppable team. First impressions as you walk in the place is very clean. Ali and Alma are very friendly. Not once that I feel pressure in that place and their service was outstanding. I have NIHB plan, and they took care of me just like if it was regular insurance, everything is new from the desk to the tools and machines that they use to work great space great lighting great music revives the screens everywhere. They also have spots designated for your keys and wallets and stuff like that there’s a washroom and they also have a little coffee espresso station Now I have super sensitive teeth and gums, and I tend to bleed a lot out of the 33 years that I’ve been going to the dentist. This has been My Favourite Pl.,. Ali knows exactly what to do when to do and why and he won’t do more than he has to this is the quickest and cleanest cleaning and less painful list cleaning I’ve ever been to again. It was a great experience. I will definitely be following up and this has now become my new dentist spot. Thank you team.”
